Data collected

Loft La Vesée collects only the data needed to process your stay request or your booking: name, email, phone where applicable, subject of the request, message. No banking data is kept by us; card payments are made via a secure payment link provided by our service provider.

Purposes

The data is used exclusively to answer your request, manage your booking, send you practical information about your stay and — if you expressly consent — to inform you occasionally of our availability.

Retention

Data linked to a booking is kept for the period required by legal and accounting obligations (invoices, tourism registers). Contact-request data not followed by a booking is deleted within twelve months.

GDPR rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at loft@lavesee.com.

Booking engine

Online booking takes place on the secure booking engine of Loft La Vesée, operated by Beds24 (Beds24 GmbH, Germany — European Union), which opens in a new tab on the beds24.com domain. The loftlavesee.fr site loads no Beds24 resource: no Beds24 cookie is set when simply browsing the site. The data entered during a booking (identity, contact details, dates of stay) is processed by Beds24 on behalf of Loft La Vesée, exclusively for the management of the booking.

Audience measurement

The site uses Umami, an audience measurement tool self-hosted by the Groupe La Vesée on its own servers, in the European Union. This tool sets no cookies and collects only anonymous, aggregated statistics (pages viewed, source, device type), without allowing visitors to be identified. No data is passed to third parties. This setup is designed to meet the CNIL's consent-exemption criteria: it requires no cookie banner.

Cookies

The loftlavesee.fr site sets no tracking cookies. If a service subject to consent were ever integrated, a compliant banner (Refuse all at the same level as Accept all) would be put in place.
